Embarking on the new journey of parenthood is exciting and maybe even a little nerve wracking. There's a huge mix of information out there and chances are this is your first time experiencing anything like this. I love talking through all the little details with first time parents about what they're expecting and how they're feeling leading up to this big, exciting change.
